Aksys To Bring Muramasa To US Vita Systems

As I was just saying in my last post, the PlayStation Vita needs more games, so I’m very happy to learn that Aksys will be releasing Muramasa Rebirth in the US. This gorgeous 2D game by Vanillaware is a port of Muramasa: The Demon Blade, which was previously released on Wii in 2009 by Ignition Entertainment. Apparently, the localization was rather bland, and Aksys intends to write a new localization for this version.
Other improvements include a dedicated jump button (as jumping was only doable by pressing up on the d-pad or analog stick in the original) and optional downloadable content featuring four new characters. I missed the game the first time around, so I’d be happy to pick it up this second time!
