12 Minutes of Dying Light Footage

Dead Island was an interesting game. It’s sequel, Dead Island: Riptide was pretty disappointing. So now what for Techland? They’re trying something totally different: Dead Island: Mirror’s Edge edition. Dying Light is their 2014 game that focuses on traversal and parkour while avoiding the hordes of the undead on an island. Granted, this looks way better than either of the Dead Island games and also seems to have some more interesting game mechanics. This 12 minute video gives a pretty good idea of what they’re aiming for, and it certainly got my attention. The question is, can they pull it off? I sure hope so!
