Are You Really Sure You Want to Legalize This?
The unintentionally ironic thing about the Cheech & Chong Action Figure Set is that it strikes me as being the most effective anti-drug statement I’ve ever seen: And of course that irony goes even deeper as pretty much all anti-drug advertising always seems to make drug use somehow cooler.
While most folks associate their act with marijuana I submit that it’s really the comedy skills of Cheech & Chong which have made them anti-hero icons all these years later after getting their start eons ago in the 70s. The pair have put out ten comedy albums and have been featured in over a dozen films which shows a remarkable holding power in a notoriously fickle industry.
