A Fake Star Blazers from Korea?

Growing up my first favorite anime show was Star Blazers, and Americanized version of the Japanese series Space Cruiser Yamato. Well it seems that someone has found a rip-off version of the show from Korea! The show features the Andomeda spacecraft in the opening title:
