I’ve got to admit that I’ve never seen this shot before! It’s a photo from the set of Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan featuring Ricardo Montalbán reacting to a small blow up doll that has the face of his Fantasy Island co-star Hervé Villechaize. For you younger Trek fans Fantasy Island was super popular in the 70s and from time to time veered into supernatural themes.
